Yes, our software uses a similar albeit slightly different technology that detects business and landline voice message systems and when no one answers the phone, only leaves the pre-recorded on the voicemail system.  

If for some reason a person were to pick up a landline phone while a call is being delivered, our system would detect this and hang up and not ‘play’ the message.  

Because some phones will ring and for maximum delivery of business numbers we normally deliver voicemail messages after business hours in the local time zone.

Is RDVM FCC and TCPA Compliant?

Yes because it is an Enhanced Information Delivery Service and does not tie up the line or prevent an outbound emergency call, the calls are FCC and TCPA compliant.  

And to be proactive and prevent complaints our lists are compared/scrubbed against the National Do Not Call telephone database to remove anyone who has requested not to be ‘called’.
